Dashboard
Our Enrollment Analytics dashboard provides viewers with enrollment data available from 2012-2013 onward. Data can be viewed in three main ways:
Total Students by Year
This view counts each enrolled student once regardless of the number of quarters they are enrolled in, and regardless of enrollment in multiple departments or programs. The count on the top right hand corner will indicate enrollment for that academic year in total.
Total Students by Department
This view counts students once by each department of enrollment. If a student is enrolled in two different programs in two different departments then each enrollment will be counted. The count on the top right hand corner will indicate enrollment as a sum of departments by academic year.
Total Students by Quarter
This view counts enrollment per student per quarter but not per department. So if a student is enrolled in three quarters, they would be counted three times. The count on the top right hand corner will indicate enrollment as a sum of quarters by academic year.
