Student Search - Academics

Location

The Student Search Page is the main landing page within GradPoint Academics.

Open

Search Options

• Users can search for a student in the top bar or on this page

Open

or

• You can search by name

  • last, first

  • last name only

  • first name only

• If you would like to search for a student with a two-letter last name, you can enter the last name and a comma

  • Lu,

• The Search Function will remember and display the last 10 students you have searched for when you hover over it.

• The search will return any matching students with the following information

  • name

  • perm

  • open objective

  • last registered quarter

  • major 1

  • objective 1

  • major 2

  • objective 2

• However users will only be able to access the records of the students whom the user has permissions for (students who have or have had an objective in the department(s) you have permissions for).

• To view the record, click the student’s name
