Field

Description

Notes

This tells you the most recent quarter that the TTD calculation is taking into account

The time-to-degree standard, in quarters, for that program.

This field includes any TTD exceptions. So, for the example above, the Time-to-Advance field shows the student’s TTA (15 quarters, plus the 3 quarters from the COVID exception, for a total of 18 quarters)

This displays how many quarters have elapsed that are counting against the TTA or TTD.

Summers (even when students are enrolled), and up to 3 quarters of personal leave do not count as elapsed quarters.

This displays the remaining quarters the student has left before they reach their TTA/TTD.

This displays the projected last quarter that the student will be within TTA/TTD.

This quarter will get extended if a student takes a personal leave, or gets a TTD extension.

This displays the actual quarter that the student met that goal.

If a student advanced to candidacy in 2017 fall, the TTA Actual would display 2017 Fall.

This displays the projected quarter the student will become P3.

This is important for international students, as their NRST waiver period ends when they go P3.

This box displays any TTD exception the student has received. The TTA/TTD fields display how many quarters the exception is for, which are incorporated into the Time-to-Advance and Time-to-Degree fields in the TTD box.
