Why you need it
The File Resources Tab contains important documents that we would like our users to be able to access. Resources include training materials, memos, announcements, etc. from all of the different units within the Graduate Division.
Search Functions
The default setting is to list all of the resources by date (most recent first), however, you can click on the headings to sort by Topic, Date, Units, Types:
Use the Topic Search to search for any topics that you are interested in. For example, you can search broadly for “Block Grant” to return any document with Block Grant in the Title
Use the Graduate Division Unit to narrow down documents associated with a specific unit
Use the Resource Type to narrow down documents associated with a specific resource type
Selecting Documents
To select a Resource, click on the arrow next to the topic name, and it will drop down a card with all of the documents related to that resource. Some will have just one document, others will have multiple.

To open a document, click on the title, and it will open the document in a new browser window.
