Grad Support

The Grad Support report displays historical data of all of the funding received by students in a department.

Why you need it

This report provides a list of student payments and the associated funding programs. It can be used to support PRP review funding requests and the periodical review of department accounts and spending.

The report data can be expanded or collapsed to display as much detail as needed. Click the +box at the beginning of each row to expand the data.

1 - Fund program type

2 - Fund program ID (AIDID)

3 - Students funded by the fund program ID

4 - Aid year

5 - Quarter and amount that the funds were committed for

When all of the detail rows are unexpanded, the Grad Support report provides a department a quick overview of each of the funding program types (block grant, central fellowships, etc.). The total Grad Support amount for each year is carried down into the next report and adds payroll data to provide the full annual amount of graduate student support. Payroll data totals include teaching (ASE) and research (GSR) salaries for all students in the department regardless of the employing department.
