Function
Used to restrict a student from enrolling in a subject or specific course. The course field allows for wildcard (*) allowing a set of courses to be restricted (i.e. 'ANTH 1*' would restrict a student from all upper division anthropology courses). If courses with the same subject have a different prefix, the courses with the prefix will act as a different subject, so a record for each subject (with and without prefix) must be added.
The subject/course a user is allowed to restrict is based on their STAR curriculum screen access (Limits).
