This screen is used to data enter prerequisite overrides for a group of students. This screen cancels the PRP, so that means the student must have already provisionally enrolled in the course, and the PRP reg process must be in the Reg_Processing table/on the L screen in SREG. If neither of those conditions are met, then this screen will throw an error the user.
The pre-requisite clearance on the X-screen is STAR does something completely different than the STAR Y-screen pre-requisite clearance process. When a student adds a course and they're currently enrolled in one of the pre-requisites, the system allows the add to go through, but it flags the course for later evaluation. If you have a student where you know the student won't get the required grade in the pre-requisite, but you don't want them dropped from the class, you can use that pre-requisite option on the X-screen to remove the 'flag' in the background.
