Function

This screen is used to show a student's quarterly enrollment, quarterly unit summaries and cumulative summary. It also displays unit totals by level, so if the student is either an undergraduate, graduate student or both, the levels are displayed separately.

QTR Summary(F8)

This screen displays a quick count of all quarters that the student has attended (depending on student level).

Special Processing/Bugs

The 'THRU GPA' column is not a stored value, rather it is calculated. It takes current GPA, and the runs the calculation backwards reconciling the value. Any "non-standard term" that the student takes (a quarter away from campus for ICV or EAP) may incorrectly calculate the THRU GPA value. This is because the 'THRU GPA' value is first dependent on registration information being present before it will include the GPA information.
