S - Student Schedule

Function

This screen is used to display a student's schedule for a particular quarter.

Data Elements

This is the top level screen of the schedule. It displays all relevant information for the section offering and other miscellaneous information for the student.

Audit(F8)

This screen displays the audit of registration transactions. One drawback to this screen vs the S screen in SREG is only the first drop reason is displayed, even if multiple are applied (all reason codes are displayed in SREG). 

Grade Audit(F8) - only accessible from the original Audit(F8) screen

Displays grade transactions including changes, etc.

Back(F9)/Forward(F11)

Navigation buttons to move through quarters

Waitlist(F12)

Displays any waitlists the student is enrolled on.
