Function
This screen is used to display the unofficial record of the student. The user has the ability to sort the screen by quarter or subject.

Navigation button that takes the user to the bottom of the transcript.
By Subject(F5)
Allows the user to sort the transcript by course subject. When sorting by subject, for students who have received a P/NP grade, the original letter grade is displayed in the 'LET GR' column:
