Reviewed  site with Kaitlin Breitag (Unlicensed) and Eric Johnstone designs so that the site will be more user purpose focused and less tool centric.

  • The design reflects the fact the Power BI is the only tool freely open to Campus. 
  • Diana Antova is concerned about including students in the Power BI description of users. 
  • Tool names will be replaced with data usage descriptions.
  • Each tool will have a different color.
  • Kaitlin Breitag (Unlicensed) recommended prefacing Power BI with the word Microsoft
  • Eric Johnstone showed a mock up with good descriptions that will be incorporated through out the site.  
  • Kaitlin Breitag (Unlicensed) recommended enhancing the home page overall purpose with what is data etc.

Access via the web service

Eric MayesEric Mayes is working with Farah Tahmasbi and Dave Carroll (Unlicensed) to get the web service call from the request access button.
10Branding the login page Eric JohnstoneThis will take about 30-60 minutes to complete, need to get Farah Tahmasbi, who has the access, and Eric Johnstone , who has the instructions, to work together to complete.  Maybe in a zoom working meeting.
