The Student Tab is the first Tab in the Student Profile, which is where you are taken when you click on a student’s name that you searched for in the Search Bar.
Why You Need It
This screen gives you Personal Demographic information, as well as a display of Leave of Absence, In Absentia, and Miscellaneous Programs.

Personal/Demographic/Contact
Full Legal Name
Displays only to Graduate Division Staff, as per Presidential Policy, Legal Name is need-to-know.
Previous Name
Displays any previous names that the Registrar has in their database
Date of Birth
Displays DOB from Registrar data
Ethnicity
Displays ethnicity from Registrar data
Citizenship
Displays citizenship from Registrar data
Displays student umail address
Phone
Displays student phone number from Registrar data
Local Address
Displays student local address from Registrar data
Leaves of Absence
Displays all of the Leaves of Absence that have been entered into the Registrar’s system by Graduate Division staff, including approvals for future quarters, as well as the description of the type of leave.
