Discussion 

  • Eric Johnstone demonstrated customized login settings, and Data Loss Prevention (DPL) in the security compliance center, with a PII policy as a possible use case for PBI
  • May change the data sheet to json document for data sets but for now using data sheet
  • Darshan logged in to PBI to view Gl sample report and will update to work to add ETS GL data

  1. Eric Johnstone work with Joseph Chanson to brand the PBI Login from Microsoft brand to UCSB brand
  2. Ann Crawford (Unlicensed) shared google sheet with Joshua Munsch (Unlicensed) and Mark Norstedt 
  3. Mark Norstedt and Joshua Munsch (Unlicensed) create a separate data sets for the PBI reports with naming convention dataset_<somename> and document in the data sheet
