Academic Summary
The Academic Summary screen is a combination of the students degree programs and academic progress. The information varies from matriculation date to number of terms at UCSB to completed units.
Institutions
The Academic Summary screen uses a “tabbed” interface. The second tab, Institutions, show the history of institutions which the student attended in chronological order. It also shows the number of units the student completed at those institutions as well as the GPA of the student during that attendance. This screen will also show AP and IB scores, because sufficient test scores on these exams will result in units being accepted for the student.
Exams
The third tab of the Academic Summary screen shows any examination completed by the student. For example, this will show SAT, AP, and IB scores.
Courses
Course History
The Course History screen show a list of all credit course work the student has completed. This includes both UC course work and accepted course work from non-UC institutions. The Unit Types, and Inst Types filter can only be used separately to narrow the amount of courses shown. Either of these filters can be used in conjunction with the Sort clause. The sort clause contains often used sorts which will organize the data for easy reading. You can also click on the names of any columns to create customized sorts.
Raw Transcript Data
The Raw Transcript Data screen contains unfiltered Transcript information which UCSB has received from the student. This data contains only information sent from the source institution and has not been officially evaluated by UCSB. The Course Type filter can be used to narrow the amount of data shown. The filter can be used in conjunction with the Sort clause in order to make the data more readable. The column headers can be clicked on to create customized sorts.
