Reminder Emails

There are no reminder emails, so anyone who needs to approve a step only gets one message. We are planning to make an upgrade that will send reminder emails, but that feature is not ready yet.

In the meantime, you may need to send a reminder email to help move an action along. You can make it easier for the person to approve by including the direct link to the student's action in your reminder email. Instructions for obtaining that direct link are below:

  1. Navigate to the student's Action Tab and select "View" on the committee action that is still pending. That will take you to the Action History for that action.

  2. Copy the URL (without the "/history" at the end). That URL will take the approver directly to the pending action for that student (after they log in with their Net ID)
