eGrades Submitting Grades for Series Courses

Series courses have two or three parts, A and B, or A, B, and C, respectively. The entire series is considered one single course. The grade from the final part automatically updates in the preceding parts of the series.

For the first part(s) of the course, the students' grades will be auto-populated with IP (In-Progress). Be sure to submit the IP grades by clicking the yellow “Submit Grades” button:

For the final part of the series, enter the students' letter grade and submit. Upon submission, the previous letter grades will automatically update.

If the student is missing a part of the series, or the link is broken between (due to late/retro-add, etc.) please contact the department to ensure the course is linked properly.
