System updates/enhancements
- Updated L&S students to have a max study load of 15.0 units for fall 23 (during orientation). This is to support the increase of the unit limit threshold for pass 2 to 17.0 units for Engineering and Creative Studies students. This is also a revision to previous fall quarters. In the past, we used to limit the max study load for only new L&S students. Starting F23, this limit was applied to all L&S students (new, returning and continuing) so the correct max study load was displayed in GOLD. This allows for more accurate customer service in the college.
Data management
- Ongoing Google Analytics conversion for Reg IS supported applications
Bug fixes
- Resolved a compatibility issue with two data entry screens in SREG and alphanumeric perms (D-02 and X-04).
- Resolved a cohort fee issue on the A-19 screen for Veteran’s fee maintenance. If the student does not have a cohort assigned, this screen will now display an error rather than throw an exception.
- Resolved an issue for courses assigned to a specific session during Fall, winter or spring, where the drop button in GOLD was not referencing the session calendar. This was to support the new compulsory INT W 1 course.
- Resolved a Parchment issue with alphanumeric perms.
- Resolved an eTranscript import issue in InsideSA
- Ongoing resolution for duplicate requirement records in the Require table.
