Operations (various systems)- 

  • System updates/enhancements

    • Added 'priority number' to the SREG Q-Detail screen to help staff assign pass times

    • Added an 'online' course designation option in CRES for manual data entry of quarter course offerings

    • Updated summer record creation service to add pass 1 and to assign passes based on class level for returning students

    • Revised text in SLR messages for AB540 and other Nonresidents

    • Added max length validation for addresses in GOLD, helps eliminate truncation on 'street' and 'city' fields

  • Data management

    • Reran old F22 EOT file to capture late grades and quarter summaries in response to the delayed grading period

  • Bug fixes

    • Resolved data reporting issue for UCOP with students in multiple PhD programs

    • Resolved error with alphanumeric perms and AAA petitions

    • Resolved numerous SLR resets for new students, working on a front end solution to allow residence deputy the ability to reset manually

    • Resolved a spacing error with SPAN W 3 and it not displaying in the public course search
