  • System Updates and Enhancements

    • Inserted first generation data into iSIS for approximately 5000+ into the Student table.

    • Waitlist auto-add and its ‘77’ code are turned off, in support of Freshman and Transfer Orientation programs. These will be turned back on in early September ahead of F23 Pass 3.

    • For international students, the cancellation petition in GOLD will now display comprehensive instructions on how to cancel their quarter (and the implications).

  • Data Management

    • Ongoing updates for Google Analytics on Reg IS supported applications

  • Bug Fixes

    • Identified a 502 timeout for users of AAA exception workflow when their work queue exceeds 150 records. Proposal of and ongoing remediation.

    • Unofficial verification in GOLD will now calculate CCES units into quarterly study load.

    • Ongoing removal of duplicates in the Requirements table now that the bug that created the duplicates has been resolved.

Coursedog

  • Ongoing ad hoc course description insertion into ODS. This allows for course descriptions to be displayed in GOLD in the interim, while the Coursedog/ODS data sync is fixed.
