Joint Doctoral Instructions

For JDP students, Step 1 will have the same screen as non-JDP students, but once it reaches the Department Review Level, the Staff Grad Advisor will be prompted to upload the Joint Doc Form II. The Staff Grad Advisor should make sure that all of the required signatures are on the form (Ex: the JDP director/dean in the affiliated institute) prior to submitting approval on the Department Review level.

In Step 4, the Faculty Grad Advisor approval step, they can review the document that was uploaded by the Staff Grad Advisor.
