Contact Updates and Reports Permissions

The GradPoint Campus Contact List grants permissions to users in specified roles so it is important to inform the Graduate Division of any updates to Emphasis Director (faculty appointed to direct an interdisciplinary emphasis) or Emphasis Staff (staff responsible for administering an interdisciplinary emphasis) contacts.

To update an Emphasis Director or Emphasis Staff contact, please email the following information to graddeans@graddiv.ucsb.edu:

• Name

• UCSB Email address

• UCSB NetID

• Home Department

• Role (Emphasis Director or Emphasis Staff)

• Title of Interdisciplinary Emphasis

After someone is added into one of these roles, they will receive access to the Emphasis Reports in PowerBI and be added to the emphasis email listserv: emphases@graddiv.ucsb.edu.
