CourseDog - Creating Proposal Views
CourseDog provides the option to create and save custom filters for the proposals page for quick and easy access. It even allows you to set one of your filters as your personal default so that the filter is applied every time you visit the page.
Steps to Filter your Proposal view
Start by clicking on the Filter icon near the top of the display:
Filter ButtonÂ
This provides you with a list of possible values. As options are selected, the list at the bottom will be displaying the result of the filtered requests.
Saved Views will also save the layout and columns listed for the proposals display. By default, when Document Type is set to ‘All Types’, the Columns available will only show the columns shared by both Course and Program proposals. If you update the Document Type filter to only show Course proposals, the Columns options will update to allow for the selection of any field associated with Course proposals.
Â
Select a field by clicking on the checkbox next to the field. It will move to the top of the list and the data will begin displaying on the proposals layout.
You may update the order of the columns by scrolling to the top of the Columns list, clicking and holding on the field name and dragging the field to update the ordering.
