2021-22 Fee Remission Bundles

The tables below show a detailed breakdown of each individual fee remission bundle and any remaining unpaid balance.

ASE Partial Fee Remission

This bundle is for ASEs (TAs, Associates, Readers, Tutors) appointed at 25% FTE or more.

*The ASE Partial Fee Remission bundle includes a $100 credit towards Campus Based Fees as outlined in the ASE Collective Bargaining Agreement

To pay remaining fees for a student employed at 25%+ as a TA, Associate, Reader or Tutor, select the Payment Option of “Custom Tuition” and enter the unpaid amount of $237.03. Any future changes to the $100 Campus Based Fee Credit, as negotiated by the ASE Collective Bargaining Agreement, may affect the amount needing to be entered.

Partial Fee Remission

This bundle is for Graduate Student Researchers (GSRs) appointed between 25-34.9% FTE.

*Please note the unpaid balance does not include Non-resident Supplemental tuition (if applicable)

To pay remaining fees for a student employed at 25%-34.9% as a GSR, select the Payment Option of “Campus Based Tuition” and amount of $337.03 will auto populate.

Full Fee Remission (California Resident)

This bundle is for Graduate Student Researchers (GSRs) appointed at 35% FTE or more who are California Residents.

Full Fee Remission (with Non-Resident Supplemental Tuition)

This bundle is for Graduate Student Researchers (GSRs) appointed at 35% FTE or more with a Non-Resident Supplemental Tuition assessment.

Full Fee Remission (w/ International Doctoral Recruitment Fellowship)

This bundle is for Graduate Student Researchers (GSRs) appointed at 35% FTE or more with a Non-Resident Supplemental Tuition assessment, whom are eligible for the International Doctoral Recruitment Fellowship (IDRF)*.

*The IDRF fellowship is administered by Graduate Division and pays the Non-Resident Supplemental Tuition cost in place of the UC Path salary account. No department action is required.
