localist API in Developer Portal

• Campus API Team will need to review the localist API
• Determine a plan to get the API listed in the Developer Portal

Getting All Events into localist

• Determine a keyword strategy for the data going in from AS
  • Keywords from AS have already been ported over to localist
  • Classifications
  • Groups
  • Types of Events
  • Target Audience
• Matt might need to build out a heirarchy for the keywords, because they have to organized for use campus wide
  • @Matt - What would be the filtering to get events just from Student groups?
  • @Matt - Or, the opposite (all events excluding Student group events)?
• Determine what UI endpoints need to be updated to filter using groups
  • Events are tagged by the groups that they were created by/apply to, so filtering by the groups is probably already in place
• Coordinate the update of the code and the data
• Provide student event data to localist from the AS feed
  • @Sean - Can look into adding them in
• Determine process changes for manual input to ensure proper tagging
