Submitting Posts to the Directory

1. Log in to the UCRA Directory Portal: https://ucsb.my.site.com/urca/s/

2. Click on “Manage My Posts” in the top menu (make sure you are logged in with single sign on)

   Open

   

3. Click on the “Submit New Post” tab

   Open

   

4. Fill out the form, and hit “Submit”!

5. You will receive an email confirming your submission, and your post will now show in the “Manage” tab.

6. Once your post is approved, you will receive an email that it is live for students to apply to.

Editing UROD’s

1. Navigate to the “Manage My Posts” page in the URCA portal

   1. https://ucsb.my.site.com/urca/s/manage-my-posts

2. Click on the Name of the post you would like to edit

3. On the edit page, you can use the Pencil icon to edit the information for your program

Hiding a Post

To hide a post from being displayed in the directory, follow the instructions below.

1. Follow the “Editing URODs” instructions above

2. Find the “Hidden from Directory” checkbox on the record.

3. Click the pencil icon on the field to enter editing mode.

4. Check the box

5. Click “Save

The post will now be available to you to edit as needed, but it will be hidden from the directory.
