Background & Business Value
We would like to make common functionality that the Gateway Admins and End Users available through a slack integration in order to provide a standardized interface that's available to wide audience. The functionality will cover many different users, scenarios, and access levels.
Goals
- Make reporting information available to users outside the Gateway Admins
- Commands for Common Tasks in the Gateway
- Commands that can only be done through the Gateway Management REST API
