Retroactive Unit Value Changes ('Edit' Button) - Instructor/Dept Chair Action

To perform a retroactive unit value change, the instructor of record, Chair, or Vice Chair will need to open the course gradebook in eGrades and click on the 'Edit' button to the right of the student's name. This button will trigger a pop-up window with a drop-down menu that will allow for the selection of a new unit value. Unless the student's grade has changed, the same grade that was previously submitted should be resubmitted. There is also an option to select a reason for the change; either selection can be chosen, depending on the situation. When finished, click on the 'Submit Grade Change' button:
