Acting Chair

For UCSB Staff and Faculty who are responsible for entering and or submitting quarterly grades. User access will be granted with the Acting Chair role. Ability to view, enter and/or submit grades and download class lists.

Acting Dean

For UCSB Staff and Faculty who are responsible for entering and or submitting quarterly grades. User access will be granted with the Acting Dean role.

College Dean

For UCSB Staff and Faculty who are responsible for entering and or submitting quarterly grades. User access will be granted with the College Dean role.

Department Chair

For UCSB Staff and Faculty who are responsible for entering and or submitting quarterly grades. User access will be granted with the Department Chair role.

Grading Coordinator

For UCSB Staff and Faculty who are responsible for entering and or submitting quarterly grades. User access will be granted with the Grading Coordinator role.

Record Services Role (Registrar Only)

For UCSB Registrar Staff who are responsible for administrating the quarterly grade process. User access will be granted with the Record Services (Registrar Only) role.
