need employee organization hierarchy tied to position

• need to search by employee name and position
• update API to include position (includes reports to and type of position eg(faculty, staff, student , etc) ; location of position on site or remove location; 
• Employee - personal contact info: name, address, phone, email(campus and personal email)- get emergency contact info (each employee may have one or more contacts: this is in UC PATH
• employee is one table and position is another one to may positions to employee ; employee can have multiple supervisors
• can't work for multiple locations
• employees active as of the date of executing the report, need to look at start and end dates in position
