Amazon Subscriptions

Through the Gateway Amazon Punchout, individuals have the ability to subscribe to reoccurring shipments of certain supplies/items. If this subscription needs to be stopped, ONLY the person who originally logged into the Amazon Punchout can stop the subscription. They should navigate to “Account for UC Santa Barbara” in the top right corner and click “Manage Subscribe & Save” to cancel subscriptions.

If the person that originally initiated the subscription is no longer with Chemistry/UCSB, have another individual log into the Punchout, click on “Customer Service” at the bottom of the page, and then click “An order, delivery or return” or “chat with us.” Using "A delivery, order Or returns," you can often click through to a point where you can talk to someone by phone. Chat may give you a phone number to call if they can't help you.
