Department Recruitment Offers

The Department Recruitment Offers provides a worklist of admitted applicants that need their financial letter uploaded. You will be able to identify the following;

This report displays the following;

which students you’ve already completed the requirement to upload financial offers for and which still need to submitted
central repository for financial offers for future analysis to aid in future admission financial planning

Details/Functionality

Slicers

The slicers at the top can help focus your view for a specific admission year.

Slicers	The slicers at the top can help focus your view for a specific admission year.
Admission Year	Select the academic year (e.g. 2021=academic year 2020 through 2021) to view a worklist Select All years for historical data
Application Quarter	This filter can be helpful if your department admits for terms other than fall
Dept	This filter defaults to the department based on your GradPoint role and can be narrowed down if you have access to multiple departments
Current Offer	This will filter for applicant offer upload status Y=upload complete N=upload incomplete/required
Perm	This will allow you to search for or select a specific student perm #
