Why you need it

This report provides:

a A worklist of which students you’ve already students that a department has completed or not completed the requirement to upload financial offers for and which still need to submitted Department Recruitment Offers requirement in AppReview
a A central repository for financial offers for future analysis to aid in future admission financial planning
a A list of past (legacy) financial offers that were uploaded

To display a worklist of applicants in the current application cycle who need their financial offer uploaded:

From the default report settings, select:

Admissions Year = “2022” (or current admissions year)

Award Upload Complete = “N”

Uploaded financial offer letters can be viewed in the GradPoint Academics portal. After opening the Student Profile page, in the student’s Documents tab, select Document Category = “Financial Letter”. Click “Click to View” to open the letter.

Awarded Uploaded Action Taken	Has the department uploaded financial offer letter. Y - yes, financial offer has been uploaded N - no, financial offer has not been uploaded
Has Multi-Yr Fellowship (Exclude Racial Justice)	Has the applicant has been awarded a multi-year fellowship? Y - yes, the applicant was awarded a multi-year fellowship. N - no, the applicant was awarded a multi-year fellowship.
Award Y/N	Has the applicant been awarded based on either having an offer letter uploaded or a multi-year fellowship. Y - yes, the applicant has an award N* - no, the applicant has not had an award *these are the applicants that still need an action taken in the portal.
No Offer Made	Indicates the applicants that the departments noted they did NOT make an offer.
Dept	This filter defaults to the department based on your GradPoint role and can be narrowed down if you have access to multiple departments
Current OfferApplication Quarter	This will filter for applicant offer upload status Y=upload complete N=upload incomplete/required can be helpful if your department admits for terms other than fall. Format YYYYQ.
Perm	This will allow you to search for or select a specific student perm #

To aid in the analysis of funding and admitted student acceptance analysis, select filters can filter the report to show current year’s admitted students and their financial offer upload status, the status of previous/legacy offers, or SIR reply along with a reason if SIR reply was 'No”.

Additional filters can be added from found in the filters menu located to the right of the report. To expand the menu, click the filter bar. The menu has additional data points that can be filtered.

Note: Do not use both filter options at the same time. Using filters from the header and the filters menu at the same time may lead to unexpected data results.

Applicatiion Application Has Offer	The Department Recruitment Offers report includes all applicants whose financial offers were uploaded beginning 2012. To show all applicants, select Applicant Has Offer=Select allapplicant records beginning in 2012. Financial offers that have been uploaded on the 2022 Financial Offer webpage in AppReview are coded “Y”. The default will show all applicants. Select all N - No Offer has been uploadedno Y - Offer offer has been uploaded via the 2022 Financial Offer webpage in AppReview
Legacy Offer	The Department Recruitment Offers report includes all applicant records beginning in 2012 and includes all data for applicants whose financial offers were uploaded beginning 2015, when GradDiv began collecting this data. Legacy offer are records after 2015 . To and prior to the 2022 application year which do not include data for the answers to questions from the current AppReview upload page. The default will show all applicants, select Legacy Offer=Select all.. Select all N - no, only show applicants with the 2022 data Y - yes, display applicants with legacy offer
