To display a worklist of applicants in the current application cycle who need their financial offer uploaded:

From the default report settings, select:

Admissions Year = “2022” (or current admissions year)

Award Upload Needed Complete = “Y”“N”

Uploaded financial offer letters can be viewed in the GradPoint Academics portal. After opening the Student Profile page, in the student’s Documents tab, select Document Category = “Financial Letter”. Click “Click to View” to open the letter.

The academic year the student applied for (e.g. 2021 = academic year 2020-21).

Award Upload CompleteAwarded Uploaded

Action Taken

Has the department uploaded financial offer letter.

  • Y - yes, financial offer has been uploaded

  • N - no, financial offer has not been uploaded

Has Multi-Yr Fellowship (Exclude Racial Justice)

Has the applicant has been awarded a multi-year fellowship?

  • Y - yes, the applicant was awarded a multi-year fellowship.

  • N - no, the applicant was awarded a multi-year fellowship.

Award Y/N

Has the applicant been awarded based on either having an offer letter uploaded or a multi-year fellowship.

  • Y - yes, the applicant has an award

  • N* - no, the applicant has not had an award

*these are the applicants that still need an action taken in the portal.

No Offer Made

Indicates the applicants that the departments noted they did NOT make an offer.

Dept

This filter defaults to the department based on your GradPoint role and can be narrowed down if you have access to multiple departments

Application Quarter

This filter can be helpful if your department admits for terms other than fall. Format YYYYQ.

Perm

This will allow you to search for or select a specific student perm #
