Award Upload Needed | Does the department need to upload financial offer.

Admission Year | The academic year that the student applied for (e.g. 2021 = academic year 2020 through 2021). |
Dept | This filter defaults to the department based on your GradPoint role and can be narrowed down if you have access to multiple departments |
Application Quarter | This filter can be helpful if your department admits for terms other than fall. Format YYYYQ. |
Perm | This will allow you to search for or select a specific student perm # |

Application Has Offer | The report includes all applicant records beginning in 2012. Financial offers that have been uploaded on the 2022 Financial Offer webpage in AppReview are coded “Y”. The default will show all applicants.

Legacy Offer | The report includes all applicant records beginning in 2012 and includes all data for applicants whose financial offers were uploaded beginning 2015, when GradDiv began collecting this data. Legacy offer are records after 2015 and prior to the 2022 application year which do not include data for the answers to questions from the current AppReview upload page. The default will show all applicants.
