Manage View/Edit Access for CPS Users

  1. Log in to the Curriculum Planning System

  2. Navigate to the appropriate curriculum plan

  3. Click on the Manual Record Share tab

  4. Click on Add New Permission

  5. Make sure you search in Users, and search for the user you want to give access to

  6. Click Search

  7. Select Read or Read/Write depending on the level of access you want them to have
