International Application Review and Country Guide

International Application Review and Country Guide

About this Manual

The information that follows is provided to you as a resource for the evaluation of an applicant’s international educational background, transcripts, and credentials. Use this guide when an applicant’s undergraduate and/or graduate degrees were awarded from an educational system outside of the United States.

Every effort has been made to provide you with the most accurate and current information. However, a resource of this nature is dynamic; recent and on-going changes in the educational systems of some countries may not yet be published or reflected in this publication.

In some cases, it may be necessary to consult additional resources in order to answer certain questions or clarify equivalency issues. When necessary, updated sheets will be produced and distributed to keep your resource as current as possible. Additional international credential evaluation resources and reference materials are listed in the https://ucsb-atlas.atlassian.net/wiki/x/IoCfWgQ.

Graduate Admissions staff are available to assist you with non-routine, complex, or unclear situations. Please contact us for questions or clarification.
