Meetings with Graduate Admissions
Overview
The Graduate Division Admissions Team offers Zoom appointments for department advisors to seek guidance on admissions-related topics. Department advisors can book a meeting with Kristina Melsheimer, Graduate Division Admissions Analyst, via Google Appointments.
Note: These meetings are intended for department advisors. They are not open to applicants or students at this time.
How to Book a Meeting
Meetings can be booked via the GradDiv Admissions Advising Google Booking Page. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, department, and the general topic for what you’d like to discuss. After you’ve filled out the booking form, you will receive a Google Calendar invitation. The Zoom link will not appear automatically, but will be added to the event prior to the start meeting time. You will also receive a reminder for the meeting the day before and an hour before your meeting.

These meetings are intended to be helpful to the departments and, therefore, we can discuss any admissions-related topics that you are interested in.

Calculating GPAs for international institutions
English exam exemption requirements
Exception requests
Please be sure to include a description of what you would like to discuss when booking the appointment so Kristina can best prepare to advise.
