How To - Create Apigee Support Ticket

How To - Create Apigee Support Ticket

Description

In Dec. 2024, Apigee reached out that they were closing the former support portal; and that they were moving all support in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This is a description of how to do that.

If you get a response from GCP support that you’re not covered for Apigee support, contact Steven Maglio or Diana Antova. They will pull up the support contract which contains a product line from the table below:

How To

  1. Open the GCP console, https://console.cloud.google.com/

  2. Navigate to the ucsb-apigee project

  3. Once in the project, use the search bar to search for support, and select Support (or Cases).

  4. Once your on the Support home, select Cases in the left side menu and the select + Get Help (that’s their version of “Create Support Case”).

  5. In the Product drop down select Apigee Edge Public Cloud.

  6. Everything else should be pretty straightforward from there.
