Brian and David reviewed prototype report  this has only UCSB administered vaccines. Report shows vaccinated 

There are lots of duplicates since employees who are also students have two patient records

Valid people should have a value in campusid 

Need work title and department from UC path, it is currently coming from the Qualtrics survey
