I graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2022 with a B.S. in Psychological and Brain Sciences and a B.A. in Religious Studies. I’ve been a part of the UCSB student services since I was an undergrad as a student assistant in the Office of the Registrar. I’ve since worked for the Linguistics and Philosophy departments on campus and am happy to now be with the Chemistry and Biochemistry department.

I’m a California native originally from Clovis, CA in the Central Valley. I chose UCSB for the good weather and beach access, neither of which are available in Clovis.

My family consists of my parents, my sister, and three kitties; Miley, Momo, and Pepper. | My favorite way to spend time is by reading. I once calculated the average number of words I read per day and got 90K (It was a slow week). | Unfortunately, I have not been many places outside of California and no where outside of the US. Hopefully this will change soon. |

I’ve read a variety of books, from my favorite SF book The Sparrow, to The House in the Cerulean Sea, to my current read, The Atlas Paradox. | I’m not the biggest fan of podcasts, not for a lack of interest but because I feel like I could get very easily addicted. | Though I grew up on a mix of Alt and Rock, I listen to a variety of music, from Pop to Country to Heavy Metal. |
