This report was created for Business & Financial Services (BFS) to have access to an active list of admitted Non Resident students who have submitted a statement of intent to register (SIR). This data can be used to invite students to submit a GLACIER form. As the report provides live data, it may take a few seconds to load each time the report is opened or after a filter is selected.

Timing

The SIR deadline for Graduate Students is June 15 each calendar year. The report can be run after that date. Additionally, there tend to be a handful of exceptional late admits that can be captured by running the report once more after September 1. Any new students can be found by sorting on the SIR Date with a date after the last time the report was run.

Location and Instructions

The report is available in the GradDiv Financial Ops App in Power BI as well as to viewers set up in BFSPowerBI (https://app.powerbi.com/home?experience=power-bi) and can be found under “My Apps” for those with access to the report. To add users to the BFS audience group, contact Melanie Hoven in GradDiv for approval. She can have a PBI programmer (Mark Norstedt, Justin Mead, Sahithi Bandi) add the new user to the BFS audience for the this report.
